- Not misuse, copy, or resell our services or content without permission
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.
5. Payments & Billing
- Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
- Advance payments may be required before project initiation
- Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds are guaranteed once work or mentorship sessions have begun
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Any completed work up to the cancellation date may be chargeable.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Projectly retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates
- Clients receive rights to use the final delivered work upon full payment
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed
8. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive project information without consent, except where required by law.
Clients are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Projectly.
9. Limitation of Liability
Projectly shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Business losses, revenue loss, or data loss
- Issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party tools, platforms, or APIs. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of third-party services.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payments are not completed
- Misuse or abusive behavior is observed
Termination does not waive payment obligations for completed work.

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
